Camping Trip Reports (personal page)
I just got around to posting my first two camping trip reports of the season on my web page. "Otter Creek" in Louisville, Ky and "Cedar Point" in Sandusky, OH  - - - - - F. Sam Woodson

Camping World
Phone: 1-800-626-5944.  I have a 1980 Ramada and needed a new red side marker lens for the rear. Happened to be in Tampa , FL over the 3 day weekend we just had and there was a Camping World store down the road. Stopped in and low and behold, they carry side marker lights that are exact replacements for my Apache ( assuming mine are originals , which I believe they are ) !!! They are listed as : clearance light , #378 series , red. Part # 34-37-801. The manufacturer is Bargman products of Tekonsha, MI. Cost was about $3.70 ea. Comes with base, lens and a bulb. Measurements are ( as positioned vertically on camper ) 2 " wide x 4" tall x 1" deep and is rectangular in shape. I popped off my broken lens and popped on the new one. Perfect fit !! Hope this info is helpful to someone in the never ending quest of finding hard to find parts for our Apaches !! God Bless, Douglas

NH Outdoors
This site features a variety of Camping info all around New Hampshire.

PopUP Times
A great camping magazine/web site for popup campers that even featured the Apache web site in their Summer 2000 magazine! (Thanks Dave!)

Pricing Guide
The following site is a used price guide (including trailers). Just click the 'A' button under the camping trailer category. This does not show vintage collector prices (just general market prices) but the best part is they show all the models that were manufactured for 10 years.  Some of the information isn't accurate because our 1978 Yuma is not listed in 1978 but is listed in 1979 & 1980. I believe the yuma was made for two years only. At least you can see all of the model with the sizes that were made. I also learned that the Apache did not manufacture trailers in 1982, 1983.

Rays RVs
In addition to a website full of camping supplies, Ray was an Apache dealer back in 78-79. He still has lots of small Apache parts: springs, rivets, bolts, etc.

RV/Trailer Museum/Library
This is a museum in Indiana for RVs and trailers. The Apache manufacturer was given an award one year. A canvas popup is on display in the museum. The most important part is they have a library with
literature and brochures from all manufacturers broken into categories.  I've not talked with them but I would think they have Apache literature since Apache was given an award one year. Maybe someone can go and scan the literature to include in this site.

Trailer Restoration
Here's a vintage trailer website that may be of interest to Apache collectors or restorers. This site has a great Airstream group with a forum that discusses a lot of good restoration techniques.
